If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods or return them to us within 28 days. Please return the goods to us at the address on our contact page, specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund. If the goods are unsuitable then we must be able to resell the goods so if the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging. You will receive a refund or replacement within 2 weeks of returning the goods. Please include a note explaining what you would like us to do. We are unable to process any queries regarding orders over 90 days unless the items are faulty.
